1/2 c CATSUP 2 tb BROWN SUGAR
1/4 c CHOPPED ONION 1 ts MUSTARD, PREPARED
1/2 ts CAYENNE PEPPER 1 tb LIQUID SMOKE
1 tb WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE 1 ea SALT TO TASTE
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A NON-REACTIVE SAUCE PAN ( DO NOT USE ALUMINUM
PAN ). BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES.
