Main Ingredients:
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 lbs. catfish fillets
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix together oil, mustard, hot sauce and tomato sauce in 13x9 pan. Add lemon slices and catfish (turning to coat). Marinate catfish one hour, turning once. Grill until done, basting with marinade if desired.
