Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

12 oz Bleu cheese 1 ts Fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 c Buttermilk 1 sm Clove
3 c Mayonnaise -
1/2 ts Onion powder Salt to taste
1 tb Worcestershire sauce Garlic, pressed or finely
1 ts Pepper Minced

Put cheese and buttermilk in food processor, process till fairly
smooth but with little lumps of cheese. Remove to a bowl and whisk
in rest of ingredients - no blender or processor here. If too thick
add more buttermilk.
