1/2 ts DRY MUSTARD

1 ea CLOVE OF GARLIC
1/2 c OLIVE OIL OR SALAD OIL
IN A SCREW TOP JAR, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE OIL; COVER AND
SHAKE TO MIX. ADD OIL; COVER AND SHAKE TO MIX. CHILL THOROUGHLY;
