Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/4 c Sunflower Oil 1/2 c Beef Broth
6 lb Ground Buffalo Meat 1/2 c Paprika
1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Chili Powder
3 c Water 6 tb Ground Cumin
1/4 c Minced Garlic 1 ts Cayenne Pepper
3/4 c Green Bell Pepper 1/2 ts Black Pepper
3/4 c Red Bell Pepper 1/2 ts White Pepper
1/2 c Green Chili Peppers 4 ts Salt
3/4 c Jalapeno Peppers 2 tb Oregano
5 c Tomato Sauce 2 ts Dried Chilies
3 Diced Onions
Saute Buffalo meat, sunflower oil and flour together until meat is
cooked.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
