1 ea Head cabbage finely sliced
-(bite size)
2 ea Cooked chicken breasts, cut
-bite size
2 ea Packages Top Ramen noodles
-(w/o flavor packets)
-broken up
1/2 c Sliced almonds
1 bn Green onions, finely chopped
Sesame seeds, optional
--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
3 tb MSG (optional)
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Pepper
3/4 c Oil
7 tb Mild light rice vinegar
In a large bowl combine cabbage, chicken, noodles, almonds, onion and
sesame seeds. In a small bowl combine garlic, MSG, salt, sugar,
pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Put dressing in salad about 40
minutes before serving to soften noodles.
