Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 oz Pkg lime gelatin
3 c Boiling water
10 oz Can corned beef, flaked
1/4 c Minced onions
1 c Mayonnaise
2 c Chopped celery
1 Med cucumber, chopped
6 tb Chopped green bell pepper
Line bottom of mold with hard boiled egg slices. Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into prepared mold carefully. Chill until firm. Unmold onto
lettuce lined serving plate.
