Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pk cranberries 1 ts orange rind
3 c orange juice 1 ts lemon rind
1/2 c honey 2 ea oranges, peeled and wedged
Pour berries into boiling orange juice, stir until all berries are popped.
Remove from heat. Add honey, grated lemon and orange rind, and orange
wedges. Blend until smooth. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 8
