1/4 c BUTTER, SOFTENED 2 c POWDERED SUGAR
IN A MEDIUM BOWL, WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER, COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER AND
VANILLA. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD POWDERED SUGAR GRADUALLY AND CONTINUE
BEATING UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. USE TO ICE ONE 9" CAKE LAYER OR THE TOPS
OF TWO 9" LAYERS. MAKE A DOUBLE RECIPE TO FROST A 9 X 13 CAKE OR A TWO
LAYER CAKE.
