Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Mayo 1 tb Cider vinegar
1/2 c Milk 1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Water 1 ts Onion; finely chopped
2 tb Parmesan, grated cheese 1 ts Garlic salt
1 tb Pepper; freshly grated
Whisk all ingredients until well combined and chill thoroughly before
