Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c Thinly sliced red onions
3 tb Kosher salt
1 tb Sour cream
1/4 c White wine or cider vinegar
1 ts Sugar
1 tb Chopped fresh dill
COMBINE CUCUMBERS, ONION and salt in a colander, place the colander
on a plate and place in the refrigerator to drain for 3 hours. Rinse
the cucumbers and onions under cold water and gently blot them
("wring them out" in a towel) to eliminate excess water
