1/4 c Butter (or marg.) 1 c Stock, chicken
1/4 c Onion flakes; crushed 2 c Milk
1/3 c Flour, all-purpose 1 ts Lemon juice; freshly squeezd
1 ts Salt 4 c Shrimp; cooked
3 ts Curry powder
Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes, and cook until soft. Stir in
flour and seasonings. Add stock; cook until thick, stirring
constantly. Add milk, lemon juice, and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.
