Jim Vorheis -cheese
3 oz Cream cheese 1 tb Dry white wine
4 tb Butter 1 tb Minced parsley
1/4 ts Garlic powder 1 pn Of thyme
2 tb Freshly grated Parmesan 1 pn Of marjoram
Cream all ingredients thoroughly or use food processor with steel blade.
Chill for at least four hours. Serve with crackers.
