1 Lg Onion
8 tomatoes
1/2 Sm Bunch cilantro (no stems)
10 jalapeno peppers
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Oregano
Dice onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro as small as possible.
Combine the rest of the ingredients. Chill overnight.
