3 ea Egg 1/4 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tb Butter 2 tb Sour cream
4 ea Bacon slices, crumbled 1 tb Chive, snipped
Mix eggs slightly. Combine with bacon, cheese,sour cream, and chives
and cook the same as french omelet.
