Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
3 Egg whites
1/16 ts Cream of tartar
1 c Sugar
1 c Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 c Ground pecans
1 ts Vanilla
Beat egg whites stiff, add cream of tartar and gradually beat in
sugar, fold in the ritz crumbs and pecans and vanilla. Drop from tsp.
onto greased sheet and bake 15 min. in 350 F oven
