Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Env. unflavored gelatin Undrained
1/2 c Boiling water 1/2 c Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
16 oz Can fruit cocktail in syrup, 2 1/2 c Sweetened whipped cream

"Fold in 3/4 cup marshmallows at the same time as the whipped cream,
if you like."

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly, then stir in fruit
cocktail and mayonnaise. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Fold in whipped
cream. Pour into a small loafpan or baking dish and freeze. Slice or
cut into squares, and serve on lettuce.
