Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 Oranges; pared and sectioned
2 Apples; chopped
2 c Green cabbage; shredded
-(about 1/4 med head)
1 c Seedless green grapes
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Mayonnaise/salad dressing
place oranges, apples, cabbage and grapes in bowl. Beat whipping
cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold whipped cream, sugar, lemon
juice and salt into mayonnaise. Stir into fruit mixture.
