1 c Butter, melted 3 t Vanilla extract
2 c Sugar 1 c Walnuts, chopped
1 c Flour, unsifted 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c Cocoa 14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened
1/2 t Baking powder -condensed milk
2 ea Eggs (not evaporated milk)
1/2 c Milk
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, flour,
cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; beat
well. Stir in walnuts. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake
40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan, melt chips with
sweetened milk and remaining vanilla. Immediately spread over hot
brownies. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars.
