Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Cooked Ham, Sausage, Bacon ds Salt
1 c Diced Swiss Cheese ds Onion Salt
3 lg Beaten Eggs ds Pepper
1 c Milk ds Nutmeg
1/2 c Half And Half Or Cream
Scald milk and add the beaten eggs and seasonings. In a prepared
pastry shell, sprinkle the meat and cubed cheese. Pour the egg
mixture over the meat and cheese. Bake in a 375øF oven for 25 to 30
minutes or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean. From:
