3 lb Skinned chicken parts 1 c Pineapple juice
1 c Pineapple chunks, drained 1/4 ts Garlic powder
3 tb Soy sauce 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in a casserole. Add pineapple chunks.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. Cover and bake 1 hour.
