2/3 c Thinly sliced onion 1/2 c Dry white wine
2 lb Halibut steaks, cut into 6 2 tb Lemon juice
-portions 1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Chopped mushrooms 1/4 ts Dillweed
1/3 c Chopped tomato 1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 c Chopped green pepper 1 Lemon, cut into wedges for
1/4 c Chopped parsley -garnish
3 tb Chopped pimento
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange onion in bottom of greased 12X8X2" baking
dish. Place fish on top of onion. Combine mushrooms, tomato, green
pepper, parsley, and pimento; spread over fish. Combine wine, lemon
juice, salt, dill weed, and pepper, pour over vegetables. Bake 25-30
minutes, until fish tests done with fork. Garnish with lemon wedges.
