IN A SAUCE PAN COMBINE SUGARS, CORN SYRUP, AND BUTTER. COOK, STIRRING
CONSTANTLY, OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES A BOIL.
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CREAM. LET COOL AND STORE IN
REFRIGERATER. SAUCE THICKENS AS IT COOLS. SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
