1 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Onion -- minced
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 8 oz
1/2 c Honey
2 tb Cider or sherry wine
Vinegar
2 tb Fresh parsley -- minced
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Cayenne
Tomato sauce
Heat oil in medium skillet. Add onion and garlic and saute on medium
~ high heat until onion is transparent. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat. Makes 1 cup.
