3 tb Honey Parsley for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, bring carrots, honey and water to a boil. Reduce
heat to low. Cover, with lid slightly ajar, and simmer until water is
cooked away and carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish
with parsley.
