Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Kiwis, pared sliced
3 ts Sugar
1 tb Lime juice
2 oz Rum
1 dr Green food coloring (opt)
8 ea Ice cubes, crushed
2 sl Kiwis
Blend all ingredients except kiwifruit slices in a
blender until smooth. Serve in stemmed glasses.
Garnish edge of each glass with kiwifruit slice. Makes
2 servings.
