1/2 c Fresh lime juice
1/2 c Simple Syrup*
1/2 ts Bitters (12 dashes)
3 c Club soda

Lime-peel spirals

1. Mix lime juice, syrup and bitters in glass measure. 2. Pour into 4
ice-filled tall glasses. Top each with 3/4 cup soda. Garnish with
lime peel.
