Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 cn Water chestnuts, sliced 1 Head lettuce, torn in bite
1 md Onion, diced Size pieces
1 1/2 c Celery, diced 1 c Mayonnaise
1 sm Package of frozen peas 1 tb Sugar
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Mix mayonnaise and sugar together with everything else but lettuce.
Put lettuce over top, cover, refrigerate overnight. Mix before
serving. Can mix lettuce with others also, but it tends to wilt at
