See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Ground beef 1 ts Salt
3/4 c Quaker Oats, uncooked 1/2 ts Dry mustard
-- (quick or old-fashioned) 1 Egg; beaten
1/2 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese 3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Chopped onion
Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack firmly into an 8-1/2" x
4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.)
about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
