Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Ground beef 8 oz Tomato sauce
1 cn Chicken rice soup Grated cheese
2 Green chilies, chopped 8 oz Taco sauce
-(or 1/2 small can of 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
-chopped green chilies 1 Garlic clove, minced
-freeze remainder) 1 Onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste Corn tortillas

Brown beef and drain. Mix in remaining ingredients (except tortillas and
cheese). Bring to a boil. Put a layer of tortillas in 9" x 13" casserole.
Place 1/2 beef mixture on top of tortillas, add a layer of tortillas
andcover with remainder of beef. Top with grated cheese. Cover casserole
and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
