2 c Boiling water
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter
1 c Long grain rice
Pour water into a 1 qt glass casserole. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes. Remove from microwave and
let stand for 10 minutes. Serves 6.
Note: To reheat rice, place it in small casserole. Cover and cook 1
min.
