Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 lg (Florida) oranges, peeled, 1 t Minced garlic
Pith removed and diced 1 t Minced ginger root
1 1/2 c) 1/2 Jalapeno chili pepper,
1 lg Tomato, seeded and diced Minced fine (2t)
(1c) 1/4 t Salt
1/3 c Minced red onion 1 T Fresh cilantro, or
1 t Grated orange peel Coriander
In a bowl combine all ingredients except the cilantro and chill,
covered, until ready to serve. Before serving, stir in the cilantro.
