Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Chopped Pecans 1/2 c Sweet red pepper (minced)
4 c Bread cubes 1/2 ts Cayenne Pepper
4 tb Butter, melted 1 1/2 c Chicken Stock
1/4 c Fresh Basil (chopped) Salt Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients, season with S P.
Place in greased 9"x 13" baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20
minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
