Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 lb Coarse Ground Pork Butt 8 ea Cloves Garlic, pressed
1 lb Coarse Ground Beef Stew Meat 1/4 t Ground Allspice
2 T Coarsely Ground Pepper 3 1/2 t Salt
1 T Marjoram Leaves 1 c Cold Water
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make
