See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 oz Cooking oil 4 lb Potatoes, peeled
2 Onions, finely chopped -and sliced thin
1 Garlic clove, crushed 2 Green peppers, seeded
1/4 t Caraway seeds -and cut into strips
1 t Paprika 4 Tomatoes, peeled,
1 C Water (up to 2 C) -seeded and chopped
Salt to taste
In a heavy-bottomed casserole, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic.
Add the caraway seeds, paprika and water. Add the potatoes, peppers and
tomatoes. Simmer for thirty minutes.
NOTES:
