Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Raisins, cut or chopped into 3 tb Wine vinegar
-small pieces Tabasco sauce (a few drops)
1 c Sugar Salt Pepper
1/2 c Water 1 pn Ground Mace
1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Red Currant Jelly
2 tb Butter
Method: Dissolve sugar in water, then boil steadily for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently until the red currant
jelly has dissolved. Serve hot or cold with ham.
