Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 sl Bacon, diced 1 No 2 can tomatoes
1 Stalk celery, diced 1/2 c Catsup
2 Onions, sliced 1 cn Beer
4 Green peppers, cut in 1 lb Shrimp, cooked
-rings -salt and pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced 4 c Cooked rice
2 No 2 cans okra

Cook bacon; reserve. Saute celery, onions, green peppers and garlic in
bacon fat until soft. Drain okra; add with tomatoes, catsup and beer.
Simmer till thick. Add shrimp and bacon. Heat well. Season to taste
with salt and pepper. Serve with rice. From the files of Al Rice,
