1 Chicken Fryer, cut-up
2 tb Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 c White Vinegar
1 c Celery, chopped
Heat the olive oil and garlic in a skillet. Brown chicken on all
sides. Remove chicken and add the vinegar and celery, stir for 5
minutes. Replace chicken in pan, cover and simmer 45-60 minutes or
until chicken is tender. Serve with dripping and sauce over mashed
potatoes.
