6 ea Tomatoes, peeled sliced

1/2 ea Spanish onion -=OR=-
1 ea Red onion, sliced into thin
-- rings
1/4 c Olive oil
1 tb Vinegar
1 ea Garlic clove, crushed
Salt pepper
Parsley, chopped
1 pn Sweet paprika
1 pn Cumin
Combine the tomato onion slices. Make a sauce with the remaining
ingredients pour over the tomatoes onion.
