Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
5 ea Avocados; Ripe, Peel and Pit 1/4 c Lime Juice
4 ea Cloves Garlic;Finely Chopped 1/2 t Salt
1 c Tomato; Chopped, 1 Medium
Mash avocados in a medium bowl until slightly lumpy.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes
3 cups of dip.
