Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 Coho salmon 1/2 Garlic clove; minced
1 md Onion 1 pn Tarragon
1/4 c Crab, fresh Parmesan
2 Mushroom; sliced Pepper, black
1/2 Lemon; juiced Salt
1/2 Lime; juiced
Rub insides of fish cavity with pepper and just a tad of salt. Mix
the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, adding just enough Parmesan to
lightly coat the other ingredients. Stuff the salmon and either
bake, broil, or steam. Serve whole.
