Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 lb Ground turkey 1 15 oz can kidney beans,
1 sm Onion, chopped -undrained
1 28 oz can tomatoes, slightly 2 To 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
-blended 17 oz Whole kernel corn, undrained
This is a really easy soup to prepare. Cornbread and tortilla chips
go well with it. You can also add some "hot" to it if you desire.
It also is a good soup to put in the crock pot.
Brown turkey and onion. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
