1 ts Safflower 0R Vegetable Oil
1/8 ts Pepper
Place Peas in A Vegetable Steamer Over Hot Water. Cover, Steam 2 Min.
OR Until Crisp Tender. Drain Rinse Under Cold Water. Combine Peas,
Zucchini, Tomatoes Pine Nuts in A Medium Bowl. Combine Shallot,
Vinegar, Oil Pepper; Mix Well With A Wire Whisk. Pour Over
Vegetables Toss Gently To Mix Well. Cover Chill Thoroughly.
