Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lb Ground uncooked turkey
1 1/2 c Soft bread crumbs
2 Eggs -- slightly beaten
1 sm Onion -- minced
1 ts Prepared horseradish
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1/4 c Catchup
1/4 c Evaporated milk

Combine turkey with remaining ingredients. Form into 7-inch round
loaf. Place in bottom of slow cooking-pot. Cover and cook on low for
5 to 6 hours. Makes 6 to 7 servings. Good served hot with cranberry
sauce or sliced cold for sandwiches.
