3 ts Sugar
4 tb Dijon mustard
1/2 c Cooking oil
1 1/2 c Water
1 tb Wine vinegar
2 Carrots -- peeled and
Sliced
3 lb Beef chuck
2 Bay leaves
mix the sugar and mustard, add the sugar mustard combinaton to the
oil, water and vinegar. Add the carrot. Place the meat in a
casserole, pour the sauce over and place bay leaves in the dish.
