Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
8 ea Chops 1/2 ea Green pepper, chopped
1 x Salt Pepper 1/2 ea Med. onion
1 x Garlic powder 1 1/3 c Minute rice
1 cn Tomato soup
Put salt, pepper garlic powder on chops. Brown in oil in electric
skillet. Pour tomato soup in skillet.
Add green peppers onions. Simmer 1 or 1 1/2 hrs.
Turn skillet off add minute rice. Let stand until sauce is
absorbed.
