Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 c Plain yogurt 1/4 ts White pepper
1/4 bn Chives, minced 3 tb Lumpfish or black caviar
3 Green onions, minced
Combine all ingredients but caviar. Fold in caviar. Chill. Makes
