2 md Tomato raw
1 md Green pepper
2 oz Canned chilies
1 c Onion chopped
1 md Garlic clove crushed
1 ts Oregano
30 oz Pinto Beans canned
2 tb Fresh cilantro
Dice the pepper, tomatoes, onions and chilies. Add a little oil to a
medium heated fry pan. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, chiles, onion,
garlic and oregano. Saute stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
Adjust heat to low and mix in the beans. Cook about 15 minutes
stirring often. Serve and sprinkle with cilantro. ---end
