2 c Whole wheat flour OR
1 ts Baking soda 6 Egg whites
1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Butter flavoring, optional
1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 c (to1/2) buttermilk
1/4 ts Coriander 4 ts Canola oil
1/2 c Brown rice syrup 1 c Nonfat yogurt
3/4 c Egg Beaters
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a loaf pan with pam and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another.
Combine the two, a bit at a time, beating well after each. Pour into
pan and bake 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in
