2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Chili Pepper, seeded
chopped
1/3 c Olive Oil
2 tb Lemon Juice
2 tb White Wine Vinegar
Salt to taste
2 lg Tomatoes
2 lg Yellow Bell Peppers
Mix first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Place tomatoes and peppers over
flame or under broiler until their skins char and blister. About 20
seconds a side for tomatoes, 2 minutes for the peppers. Remove stem
and seed from the peppers. Slice tomatoes and peppers and toss in the
